If He Gets The Words Wrong, We Might End Up Married!

Thirty years ago on the Friday in Easter week 1989, Dom Cuthbert Brogan and I made our simple profession in a joint ceremony. Members of my family attended along with friends one of whom was a keen photographer who compiled this wonderful collection of photographic memories of the day.

  1. Was the title a comment Cuthbert made? It sounds his style.
Keep up the good work, Tom.

  2. I just found this blog. I was at Farnborough 2007-08. What I could say... I left and know I had to leave.

    1. I hope finding it was not too re-traumatising. I do believe for me, telling my story and making and renewing friendships associated with this process has been cathartic even though at times I do feel impatient for justice, not just for me, though I would breathe an immense sigh of relief, but to prevent harm to others. I have heard there may be an 18 year old postulant at the moment. Kindest Regards x

  3. Your not looking down the lane, says it all.

You & I walked out of what we each walked out of, but it didn't walk out of us. It has to be evicted daily.

Vows have to be shattered unilaterally. Anything less is illegitimate.

Thus be clear what your goals shouldn't be. You can't solve a button pushing problem from within a button pushing system (Godel's theorem).
