Day Trip To Bath

Didn't we have a lovely time
the day we went to bath
A beautiful day
Stonehenge on the way
But a long distance view trumped the cost and the queue
And on the way back
The skies they turned black
It became a little stormy
A portending pan
Soon the sh*t hit the fan
Still the wheels go round.

  1. In what way did he mock your piety? As far as I know of what I meant of the word piety means doing pious things what God and His Church instruct (e.g. corporal and spiritual works of mercy).

  2. I use the word "Piety" to describe purity of intention, holiness. I was shocked and scandalised when Cuthbert started pulling exaggerated poses mimicking depictions of saints in ecstacy, when, referring to The Sacred Heart, he said "Jesus, Have You Seen My Operation!!" When referring to the reservation of The Blessed Sacrament in F'bro's then hanging pyx he said, apparently quoting his friend Passionist brother Leo, "I didn't know Jesus was a trapeze artist!" And others recall his lilting salacious suggestive double entendre rendition of the Oratorian hymn "Oh Come To Father Philip's Cell....The Boys Of Rome, They Know It Well!!!" And another recalls with dismay Cuthbert's comedy turn with The Holy Relic Of St Alban's Thigh Bone, inviting people to touch / kiss my thigh..... Somebody once desribed F'bro as "Monastic Disneyland" It is all superficial, artifice, and when the adoring gullible fans have gone, the mask comes off!

  3. Poor Cuthbert. He made hypocrisy in his videos on Youtube. I watched on Youtube and was very careful in executing the gestures of the Vespers and the Mass, and here comes that he mocks piety. Have mercy on his soul.
